Cancellation Policy

**Booking Policy for Alchemist Cove** 1. **Appointment Scheduling**: Clients can book appointments for services through our website, by phone, or in person at Alchemist Cove. We recommend scheduling in advance to ensure availability. 2. **Payment**: 50% payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards and cash. 3. **Cancellation Policy**: We understand that life can be unpredictable. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged the full service fee. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the service cost. 4. **No-Show Policy**: Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without prior notice will be charged the full service fee. 5. **Late Arrivals**: If you arrive late for your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you. However, please note that your session may be shortened to ensure the next client is not delayed. The full service fee will still apply. 6. **Health and Safety**: Clients are required to disclose any relevant health information prior to their appointment. We reserve the right to decline service if we believe it may compromise your health or safety. 7. **Refunds**: All services are non-refundable. If you are unsatisfied with your experience, please contact us within 48 hours, and we will do our best to address your concerns. 8. **Changes to Services**: Alchemist Cove reserves the right to modify or cancel services as needed. Clients will be notified of any changes as soon as possible. By booking an appointment at Alchemist Cove, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these booking policies.
